The Day Treatment Clinic is designed to see kids and teens that have recently been discharged from a hospital stay and are in need of medical follow-up. Patients who were recently in the hospital (including Sick Kids, CHEO, etc.) can contact our office or come in to be seen without needing a referral from a physician five days a week, effective immediately.
