Our mandate is to provide expertise in medicine, timely service and up-to-date resources to referring physicians and patients. |

| We do this by: |
- Reviewing and implementing new Policy and Practice standards and statements of the Canadian Pediatric Society, the American Academy of Pediatrics and other relevant societies, on a weekly basis.
- Consulting current databases and medical resources online in the examination room with our patients.
- Maintaining on-line access to medical records at pediatric hospitals provincially through the Child Health Network.
- Providing consultation reports via fax, email or post, depending on the preference of the referring physician.
- Expanding in-office equipment and services to include laboratory collection, oximetry, stadiometry, and others
- Teaching and hosting pediatric residents and medical students for core rotations through the Faculty of Medicine at Queen’s.
